OBN Shut Downs of Illegal Farms Continue

The Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotic’s Marijuana Enforcement Team (MET) shut down a farm in Stratford on Feb. 10th after serving a search warrant concerning on ongoing investigation into illegal cultivation and operating an OBN registration obtained by fraud.
Whale Farm Inc. was raided where agents seized 10,656 plants and 296 pounds of processed cannabis. One person was taken into custody by ICE agents and additional arrests are expected, according to officials.
On Feb. 4th a search warrant was served at Pocola Natural Health Dispensary in LeFlore County after reports of marijuana being diverted onto the black market and selling products to individuals without a patient card.
MET agents seized over 170 pounds of flower, 377 pounds of edibles and over 20 pounds of concentrates. Officials said arrests are expected as the investigation moves forward.
